Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges 

To request a return or exchange:

• Email us within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your full name, order number, and reason for the return or exchange.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected to confirm it meets our return requirements, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected. Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped.

If there is any price difference between items, we will contact you before processing the exchange.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.

Important Notes

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
